I have pics of these but not sure what to put on the created page so I haven't done it yet. That will be the last bit of the Grandpa and Baby Chai! Event then it at least is complete. I'm going to upload them, are you right to fix up the pages?
Came across a problem after completing Day 1. The reward is Chili Dog, we already have a recipe called Chili Dog from the Hot Dog Cart. I have them both in my cookbook and they are different recipes (cooking time, picture etc) but they have the same name. Not sure how to upload it.
Sounds good enough to me, they are seriously pulling at straws now though. First it was Lunch Box, now a double name. At least they are different pictures but still I can see at least one poor person losing the plot with confusion.
Was adding the foods to the event page, Veggie Burger already exists - looks like an instant serve thing, can we rename it so I can add the latest food? Also Churro (free gift?) and Cotton Candy (ice-cream). What's easiest do you think?
A good hint to knowing what to name the goals is to look up a locked recipe and it tells you which goal you have to complete in order to unlock the recipe. Usually it'll say something like "Complete Family Vacation Quest to unlock this dish" and we replace the word quest with goal since most people associate them as goals.
Thanks hun. Got the part pics up for Family Vacation last night, food for it today, then hopefully moving on to one of the more recent goals. Got a bit swamped there with life and just total Cafe madness...
Having a problem with Cotton Candy, I reloaded the icecream one as Cottoncandyicecream.png and have added it to the ice cream page but not sure how to fix up Cottoncandy.png so I can use it for the food... I had a try (reverted it cos it wasn't right), leaving it in your capable hands :D
I did have a good day (yesterday). It was my day off, it was pay day, and I got lots of my chores/shopping/bills done. Only thing was that I was so busy that I didn't get to play any CW that day, nor today cause I'm leaving for work in a few.
YAY love having a day off, I did just have a child free night which is pretty similar. Although I don't do much apart from relax since I get the rest done during the week days whilst the boy is at school. 2 weeks of school holidays now, I'm gonna go crazy I think, lol.
That might be a bit too close the the line as mentioned. But if certain GIDs are undesirable on the current list, I see no reason on removing them. But maybe it is cause of the term used, how about instead 'retired' GIDs, which is still just a listing of GIDs and may have been replaced and has been referenced for historical purposes?
I am renaming (retired and semi retired, and removing the mentioning of not working) cause I still think it is a tricky thing. Send me a message if you want to talk further on this :)
D I did a little bit of an outrage when I first saw it, just thinking of all that hard work gone. Our time is precious, redoing things sucks, lol. Time to read to my boy I think, I hope I don't do stupid stuff that frustrates you like that :P But then again I put my name to it so it's not sooo bad....
The splash I got for this first week's goals was entitled Wow! but I wasn't sure if that's what I should call them or not and quite a few of the pictures are already uploaded but under different names - looks like Zynga has just reused some images, so just uploaded any that were missing or different.
I was uploading the icons for the neon stoves goals when I noticed that when you complete goal 1 the icon displays a number 2, for goal 2 a number 4, for goal 3 a number 6... So how should I name the pictures? I just uploaded one in case I did it wrong. As an example, this one is the icon for goal 1:
I haven't started the goal set yet cause I've been too busy to play CW right now. Until I start working on the goals I'll be able to answer your question better. I'm leaving for work in a few minutes so I won't get started on it until I get home.
Part 1 shows 2, Part 2 shows 4, Part 3 shows 6, Part 4 shows 8 and Part 5 shows 10. I think it is because they have only 13 parts to each of the upgrades and they like having 15 for an ultra stove, so giving 2 per part of the first unlocking stages makes 13 + 2 = 15 (if that makes sense).
I believe they meant to do two stages per stove release, much like the Ultra Stove Mega Goals, but changed their minds at the last minute. Hence why each stove release is considered an even goal release number, while the individual stove goals are correct.
